IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time IT Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will build and manage the company's cybersecurity control program while overseeing the performance of the managed service provider (MSP) in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0, including periodic control testing and documentation
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for the MSP, managing escalations, service delivery expectations, and contract lifecycle
• Prepare evidence for customer security reviews, audits, and assessments, while maintaining the enterprise risk register and incident response plan

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, or IT audit, with at least two years in a control program or audit function
• Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or SOC 2
• Experience with GRC or compliance automation platforms like Vanta or ServiceNow GRC
• Knowledge of core IT controls including identity and access management and vulnerability management
• Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
