Job Summary
Seeking a full-time IT Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will manage the company's cybersecurity control program and oversee the performance of the managed service provider (MSP) while working remotely from a major metro area in Canada or the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the company's control set mapped to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for the MSP, managing service delivery expectations and escalations
- Prepare and coordinate evidence for customer security reviews and external audits
Required qualifications
- Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, or IT audit, with at least two years in a control program or audit function
- Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001
- Experience administering a GRC or compliance automation platform
- Proven ability to manage an outsourced IT provider, including service level monitoring
- Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP is a plus
