Job Summary
Seeking a full-time IT Compliance Manager, this role will manage the company's cybersecurity control program and oversee the performance of a managed service provider (MSP) in a remote environment, ensuring compliance with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0 across all six functions
- Oversee the MSP relationship, including service level monitoring, contract lifecycle, and performance reporting
- Coordinate security reviews, audits, and compliance documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, or IT governance, with direct responsibility for a control program
- Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001
- Experience administering a GRC or compliance automation platform
- Knowledge of core IT controls and the ability to critically read SOC 2 Type II reports
- Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
