IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the company's cybersecurity control program and manage the performance of its managed service provider, the full-time salaried IT Compliance Manager will maintain compliance with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework while ensuring effective vendor management in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0 across all six functions
• Manage the relationship with the managed service provider, ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations
• Oversee the policy lifecycle, including drafting, review, approval, and publication processes

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in IT compliance, information security, or IT audit, with direct responsibility for a control program
• Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or SOC 2
• Experience administering a GRC or compliance automation platform like Vanta or ServiceNow GRC
• Knowledge of core IT controls including identity and access management and vulnerability management
• Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
