IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time IT Compliance Manager, this role will manage the cybersecurity control program and oversee the managed service provider (MSP) to ensure compliance with security and data-handling requirements in a regulated transportation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the company's control set mapped to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for the MSP, managing service delivery expectations and performance monitoring
• Prepare and coordinate evidence for customer security reviews, airline partner assessments, and external audits

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, or IT governance, with at least two years in a control program or audit function
• Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001
• Experience administering a GRC or compliance automation platform
• Working knowledge of core IT controls, including identity and access management and vulnerability management
• Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
