IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the company's cybersecurity control program and manage the performance of the managed service provider, the full-time remote IT Compliance Manager will maintain compliance with NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0, administer the Vanta GRC platform, and coordinate security reviews and audits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0 across all six functions
• Administer the Vanta GRC platform for control monitoring, evidence collection, and remediation tracking
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for the managed service provider, managing escalations and service delivery expectations

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in IT compliance, information security, or IT governance
• Hands-on experience implementing or operating a recognized security framework such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001
• Experience administering a GRC or compliance automation platform like Vanta or equivalent
• Working knowledge of core IT controls, including identity and access management and vulnerability management
• Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
