IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the company's cybersecurity control program and manage the performance of the managed service provider, the full-time remote IT Compliance Manager will maintain compliance with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, administer the GRC platform, and ensure effective vendor management in a regulated transportation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0 across all functions
• Administer the Vanta GRC platform, including control monitoring and evidence collection
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for the managed service provider, overseeing service delivery and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, or IT audit, with at least two years in a control program role
• Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001
• Experience with GRC or compliance automation platforms like Vanta or ServiceNow GRC
• Knowledge of core IT controls, including identity and access management and vulnerability management
• Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
