Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Manager, IT Compliance & Vendor Management to oversee the cybersecurity control program and manage the performance of the managed service provider (MSP), ensuring compliance with security frameworks and regulatory requirements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0 across all functions
- Manage the MSP relationship, including service delivery expectations, contract lifecycle, and performance monitoring
- Prepare for and coordinate customer security reviews, audits, and maintain the enterprise risk register
Required qualifications
- Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, or IT audit, with direct control program experience
- Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001
- Experience with GRC or compliance automation platforms, such as Vanta or ServiceNow GRC
- Knowledge of core IT controls, including identity and access management and vulnerability management
- Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
