IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the company's cybersecurity control program and manage the performance of the managed service provider (MSP), the full-time remote IT Compliance Manager will ensure compliance with NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0 and maintain the company's control set while administering the Vanta GRC platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and document the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0 across all six functions
• Administer the Vanta GRC platform, including control monitoring and evidence collection
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for the MSP, managing escalations and service delivery expectations

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, or IT governance, with direct responsibility for a control program
• Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)
• Experience administering a GRC or compliance automation platform (e.g., Vanta, ServiceNow GRC)
• Working knowledge of core IT controls, including identity and access management and vulnerability management
• Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
