IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Managing the cybersecurity control program and vendor relationships, the full-time remote IT Compliance Manager will oversee the performance of the managed service provider while ensuring compliance with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0 in a regulated transportation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0 across all six functions
• Administer the Vanta GRC platform, including control monitoring and evidence collection
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for the managed service provider, managing service delivery expectations and contractual obligations

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, or IT audit, with at least two years in a control program or audit function
• Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001
• Experience administering a GRC or compliance automation platform
• Working knowledge of core IT controls including identity and access management and vulnerability management
• Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP is a plus
