IT Consultant

Job Summary

To lead strategic initiatives in business intelligence, the full-time remote IT Consultant will define BI standards, oversee platform operations, and collaborate with senior leadership to enhance data analytics solutions within the Patient Revenue Management Organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align BI initiatives with business objectives and drive technological innovation
• Oversee and govern technical standards for BI platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and best practices
• Establish and manage organizational data visualization standards and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field is required; Master's Degree preferred
• Ten or more years of experience in business intelligence and analytics within a healthcare environment
• Certification in Epic Clarity Data Model and Revenue Data Model required
• Proven experience providing strategic leadership for BI platforms and governance
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and their application in BI environments
