IT Consultant IV

Job Summary

Providing remote support for customers and information systems, the full-time IT Consultant IV will manage software implementation, integration, and testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions and evaluate third-party vendors.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops requirements for complex process or system solutions by interfacing with stakeholders and leading junior team members
• Creates comprehensive business cases to assess costs, benefits, and ROI of proposed solutions
• Supports continuous process improvement by implementing standardized tools and recommending best practices across business domains

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
• Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments (preferred)
• Experience in software or application development (preferred)
