IT Consultant IV

Job Summary

To support customer needs and application integration, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV will manage software implementation, solution design, and vendor evaluation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Completes assignments and supports business-specific projects by applying expertise and coordinating resources to meet priorities and deadlines
• Develops requirements for complex process or system solutions by interfacing with stakeholders and leading junior team members in the development process
• Provides insight and recommendations for integrating requirements with current systems and processes while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
• Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments is preferred
• Experience in software or application development is preferred
• Strong knowledge of business process improvement and requirements elicitation and analysis
