IT Consultant IV
Job Summary
Supporting the design and implementation of technical solutions, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV will manage customer support for applications and information systems, facilitate requirements gathering, and evaluate third-party vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and documents comprehensive business cases to assess proposed solutions' costs, benefits, and ROI
- Collaborates with stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into workable business solutions
- Participates in continuous process improvement by implementing standardized tools and templates across business domains
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments (preferred)
- Experience in software or application development (preferred)
