IT Consultant IV
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and integration of software solutions, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV will manage customer support for applications, collaborate on solution design, and evaluate third-party vendors while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and documents comprehensive business cases to assess proposed solutions' costs, benefits, and ROI
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to gather and analyze business requirements for complex system solutions
- Supports continuous process improvement by implementing standardized tools and recommending best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments (preferred)
- Experience in software or application development (preferred)
