IT Consultant IV
Job Summary
Providing support for customers and assigned applications, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV will manage software implementation, integration, and testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions and evaluate third-party vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Develops requirements for complex process or system solutions by interfacing with stakeholders and leading junior team members
- Supports solution design and continuous process improvement by participating in the development and maintenance of standardized tools and processes
- Identifies value gaps and opportunities for enhancements while providing recommendations for integrating requirements with current systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments is preferred
- Experience in software or application development is preferred
