IT Consultant IV
Job Summary
Providing remote support for customers and assigned applications, the full-time IT Consultant IV will manage software implementation, integration, and testing while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops comprehensive business cases to evaluate proposed solutions' costs, benefits, and ROI
- Leads the requirements gathering process and coordinates with IT teams to ensure successful solution design
- Supports continuous process improvement by implementing standardized tools and templates across business domains
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments (preferred)
- Experience in software or application development (preferred)
