Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the IT Consultant IV will provide support for customers and applications, focusing on software implementation, integration, and testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions and evaluate third-party vendors.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and document comprehensive business cases to assess costs, benefits, and ROI of proposed solutions
- Support solution design by translating requirements into workable business solutions and participating in design sessions with IT teams
- Manage work assignments and support business-specific projects by coordinating resources and ensuring adherence to procedures and policies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments is preferred
- Experience in software or application development is preferred
- Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies
