Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the IT Consultant IV will provide support for customers and assigned applications, focusing on software implementation, integration, and testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops requirements for complex process or system solutions by interfacing with stakeholders and leading junior team members
- Supports solution design and evaluates third-party vendors to recommend enhancements and efficiencies
- Maps current state processes against future state and provides recommendations for integrating requirements with existing systems
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments (preferred)
- Experience in software or application development (preferred)
