IT Consultant IV

Job Summary

Providing support for customers and applications, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV will manage software implementation, integration, configuration, and testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions and evaluate third-party vendors.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops requirements for complex process or system solutions by interfacing with stakeholders and leading junior team members
• Maps current state against future state processes to identify impacts and recommend integration strategies for business requirements
• Supports continuous process improvement by participating in the development and maintenance of standardized tools and processes across multiple domains

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
• Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments (preferred)
• Experience in software or application development (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and experience in business case development
