Job Summary
Providing support for customers and applications, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV will manage software implementation, integration, and testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions and evaluate third-party vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and document comprehensive business cases to assess costs, benefits, and ROI of proposed solutions
- Support solution design by translating requirements into workable business solutions through collaboration with IT teams
- Participate in continuous process improvement by developing and maintaining standardized tools and processes across multiple business domains
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or a related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments is preferred
- Experience in software or application development is preferred
- Proficient in requirements elicitation and analysis, as well as business process improvement
