Job Summary
Providing remote support for customers and applications, the full-time IT Consultant IV will manage software implementation, integration, configuration, and testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design workable technical solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops requirements for complex process or system solutions by interfacing with stakeholders and leading junior team members
- Creates comprehensive business cases to assess costs, benefits, and ROI of proposed solutions
- Supports continuous process improvement by developing and maintaining standardized tools and processes across multiple business domains
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments (preferred)
- Experience in software or application development (preferred)
