Job Summary
Providing support for customers and applications, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV will manage software implementation, integration, configuration, and testing, while also supporting solution design and evaluating third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and documents comprehensive business cases to assess costs, benefits, and ROI of proposed solutions
- Collaborates with stakeholders and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements into workable technical solutions
- Supports continuous process improvement by developing standardized tools, templates, and processes across multiple business domains
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments is preferred
- Experience in software or application development is preferred
