Job Summary
To support business-specific projects, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV will manage software implementation, integration, and testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions and evaluate third-party vendors.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops and documents comprehensive business cases to assess costs, benefits, and ROI of proposed solutions
- Leads junior team members in the development process and interfaces with stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Supports continuous process improvement by implementing standardized tools and processes across multiple business domains
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments (preferred two years)
- Experience in software or application development (preferred two years)
