Job Summary
Providing support for customers and assigned applications, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV will manage software implementation, integration, configuration, and testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develops requirements for complex process or system solutions by interfacing with stakeholders and leading junior team members
- Creates and documents comprehensive business cases to assess costs, benefits, and ROI of proposed solutions
- Supports solution design by translating requirements into workable business solutions and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments is preferred
- Experience in software or application development is preferred
