Job Summary
To support business-specific projects, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV will manage software implementation, integration, and testing, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develops comprehensive business cases and requirements for complex process or system solutions, collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders
- Supports solution design by providing insights during design sessions and recommending enhancements for current systems and processes
- Participates in continuous process improvement initiatives and evaluates third-party vendors as directed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments is preferred
- Experience in software or application development is a plus
