Job Summary

To support the implementation and integration of software solutions, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV in California will manage customer support, solution design, and vendor evaluations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops and documents comprehensive business cases to assess proposed solutions' costs, benefits, and ROI
• Leads requirements gathering and solution design efforts, interfacing with stakeholders and IT teams
• Supports continuous process improvement by implementing standardized tools and recommending best practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
• Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments (preferred)
• Experience in software or application development (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and experience in business process improvement
