Job Summary
Providing support for customers and applications, the full-time remote IT Consultant IV, California will manage software implementation, integration, and testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop workable technical solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops requirements for complex process or system solutions by interfacing with stakeholders and IT teams
- Supports solution design and evaluates third-party vendors while identifying opportunities for process enhancements
- Documents comprehensive business cases to assess costs, benefits, and ROI of proposed solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments is preferred
- Experience in software or application development is preferred
