Job Summary
Responsible for user access control provisioning, the full-time remote IT Controls Analyst will manage access requests, update policies, and author documentation while ensuring compliance with key controls and security standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, change, and remove user accounts and permissions according to approved requests and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) standards
- Participate in quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) user access reviews, including data extraction and coordination with team representatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve access-related tickets while providing helpdesk support for in-scope systems as trained
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of IT service experience and technical aptitude required
- Experience with a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, ClickUp)
- Familiarity with security concepts and access control procedures such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft 365
