IT Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote IT Delivery Manager, the full-time position will manage a team of business analysts, scrum masters, and project managers, focusing on delivering innovative solutions and aligning business and technology strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative environment and establishing best practices for project delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements and oversee resource planning
• Manage the end-to-end process of requirements gathering and ensure adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and project management, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Certifications in business analysis and project management preferred (e.g., CBAP, PMP, CSM)
• Experience with hybrid project delivery methodologies (waterfall and agile)
• Proficiency in agile tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
