IT Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of business analysts, scrum masters, and project managers, the full-time remote IT Delivery Manager will oversee project delivery, align business and technology objectives, and ensure effective governance and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative environment and establishing best practices for project management
• Partner with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements and maintain a holistic understanding of business processes
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets while managing risks and dependencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Certifications in business analysis, project management, or Agile methodologies preferred
• Experience with hybrid project delivery models combining waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is highly desirable
