IT Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Managing team resources and ensuring the delivery of solutions, the full-time IT Delivery Manager will work remotely to lead software projects using Agile methodologies while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team resources, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives and technical teams, to communicate project progress and gather feedback
- Maintain knowledge of agile best practices and relevant technologies to optimize delivery processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing development teams and delivering software projects using Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and GitHub Issues
- Experience in delivery planning, including roadmap creation and backlog prioritization
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least one of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
