IT Director
Job Summary
To support a growing technology landscape, the full-time remote IT Director will set the technology direction, lead multi-functional teams, and manage enterprise applications while ensuring cybersecurity and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Set the technology direction and build a multi-year roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead Infrastructure & Support and Internal Technology & Business Systems teams, fostering a culture of service excellence and innovation
- Manage the health and lifecycle of enterprise applications and oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and modernization efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years leading multi-functional technology teams
- Experience overseeing enterprise applications, infrastructure, and technology operations
- Track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives and digital transformation efforts
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred
