Job Summary

Based in Tampa, Florida, the full-time salaried Director of IT will own internal identity management, endpoint security, and employee technology, actively managing platforms like Okta and Google Workspace while leading a Senior IT Support Analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of identity and access management, including user administration and lifecycle processes
• Manage endpoint security and device lifecycle, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting for company assets
• Lead the IT budget, vendor relationships, and application portfolio management, optimizing costs and usage

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing an internal IT function
• Hands-on experience with enterprise identity providers, particularly Okta, and Apple MDM solutions like Mosyle
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration and hardware asset lifecycle management
• Experience managing IT budgets, vendor contracts, and software licensing
• Demonstrated ability to automate processes and improve onboarding, offboarding, and change management lifecycles
