IT Distribution Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Distribution Consultant responsible for coordinating the assignment of replacement laptops and assisting customers with IT asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers to ensure receipt of new equipment and assist with application installations
- Manage the decommissioning of IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records in the Asset Management Database
- Address customer inquiries related to Windows 11 and troubleshoot incidents during the distribution process
Required Qualifications
- Two-year college/vocational/technical degree in a technology field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to resolve computing problems and knowledge of Windows desktop Operating Systems
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing workloads
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with hand tools
