IT Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a mid-level IT Engineer to join the Corporate IT team in a full-time hybrid role, responsible for managing core systems, infrastructure, and security to support a remote workforce while mentoring junior staff and collaborating on IT projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer core business systems including identity/SSO, endpoint management, and SaaS platforms
- Design and maintain infrastructure that supports a fully remote workforce, including cloud services and remote device management
- Serve as an escalation point for complex helpdesk issues and provide mentorship to junior IT staff
Required qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in IT engineering or systems administration, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment
- Hands-on experience with identity and SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365
- Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills for remote connectivity issues
- Working knowledge of a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud security best practices
- Experience with scripting or automation tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python
