IT Engineer
Job Summary
Owning corporate IT end-to-end, the full-time IT Engineer will automate IT operations across identity, devices, and SaaS for over 200 devices, ensuring an exceptional IT experience for employees in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Automate recurring tasks using Python, Bash, APIs, and AI coding tools
- Manage the joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycle with People Ops through policy-driven automation
- Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian, configuring SSO, SCIM, and MFA across all applications
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in IT systems, endpoint, or identity engineering
- Hands-on experience with Okta (or similar IdP) and Google Workspace administration
- Working knowledge of SSO, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM
- Experience in Mac endpoint management (Kandji or similar)
- Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting, with at least one completed automation project
