IT Engineer
Job Summary
To support customer onboarding and platform adoption, the remote IT Engineer will lead activation sessions, assist with virtual machine implementations, and guide clients through technical requirements during a 3-month contract position.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding and activation sessions, collaborating with customer IT teams for platform integration
- Assist with the implementation of virtual machine-based collectors and telemetry solutions within customer networks
- Troubleshoot onboarding challenges and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams as needed
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in networking, technical support, or a related technology-focused role
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewall policies
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as CVEs and software hardening practices
- Experience in communicating technical concepts and conducting training sessions or demos
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
