Job Summary
To support the scaling of corporate IT operations, the full-time IT Engineer will manage automation of workflows, identity access, and security compliance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Automate recurring manual tasks by leveraging AI coding tools and designing autonomous workflows
- Shift identity and access management processes to policy-driven automation, including onboarding and access reviews
- Maintain and automate SaaS tool inventories and endpoint security management
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in managing Cloud/SaaS infrastructure and security operations
- Proficiency in Python/Bash scripting and API integrations
- Strong adherence to security protocols and documentation practices
- Exceptional technical writing and communication skills
- Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and MDM platforms is preferred
