Job Summary
Collaborating with support teams, the hybrid IT Engineer will provide digital signage solutions by designing secured Windows/Linux images, troubleshooting client networks, and presenting complex IT solutions clearly to various audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design and create secured Windows/Linux images for digital signage deployment
- Configure and document network setups, including switches, routers, and WAPs
- Respond to escalations from service desk teams and drive resolutions with root cause analysis
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+) highly desirable
- Experience with cloud technologies preferred
- Some programming knowledge or ability to read code
- Intermediate networking knowledge and advanced hardware knowledge
