Job Summary
Supporting warehouse operations in a hybrid environment, the full-time IT Engineer II will ensure reliable IT operations, manage device and access security, and provide seamless technology experiences for employees throughout the IT lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage IT asset inventory and device provisioning, ensuring compliance and security across all devices
- Oversee user account management and access permissions, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, operations, or systems administration
- Familiarity with MDM platforms such as JAMF, Kandji, or Microsoft Intune
- Experience with identity and user administration in platforms like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP, DNS, and VPNs
- Understanding of endpoint security practices and device compliance initiatives
