Job Summary
Driving the strategy and configuration of global Apple and Windows device fleets, the full-time salaried IT Engineer III - Endpoint Management will utilize Jamf and Intune to ensure security compliance and support integration planning for mergers and acquisitions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the scaling and configuration of endpoint fleets while maintaining security baselines
- Develop runbooks for device management practices related to mergers and acquisitions
- Oversee technical projects, including requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of IT Engineering experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with MDM tools, specifically Jamf and Intune
- Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure and endpoint management
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
- Familiarity with IT and InfoSec frameworks like ITIL, NIST, and ISO standards
