IT Enterprise Cloud Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the hybrid IT Enterprise Cloud Architect will develop and maintain enterprise cloud strategies, partner with business leaders to translate capabilities into actionable architecture decisions, and lead architecture for major cloud initiatives while working both remotely and onsite in Richmond, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise cloud strategy, principles, and multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate business capabilities and risks into actionable architecture decisions
- Lead architecture for major cloud and hybrid-cloud initiatives from concept through delivery and operational readiness
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, or large-scale technology transformation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or Associate; Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is a plus
- Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries and build trusted relationships with business leaders
- Experience with Infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and automated security controls
