IT Governance Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time IT Governance Analyst will develop and maintain IT policies and procedures in alignment with ITIL best practices, collaborating with developers, business users, and vendors to enhance data performance and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all IT environments are managed to meet service level agreements
- Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and compliance with requirements
- Continuously monitor governance processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
- ITIL Certification preferred
- 1-3 years of technical experience in information technology or computer science
- Experience leading a team managing an Enterprise Service Suite
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks
