IT GRC Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the operational execution of Cyber Governance & Controls, the full-time Lead IT GRC Analyst will manage policy and standards lifecycle, coordinate governance forums, and enhance governance outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve Governance operating procedures, playbooks, and lifecycle schedules
• Coordinate the Global Cybersecurity Governance Steering Committee and facilitate cross-functional discussions
• Maintain the Cyber Policy Library and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for cyber policies and standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Experience in establishing and managing governance frameworks and service management practices
• Proficiency in developing executive reporting, scorecards, and performance measures
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders in a complex organization
