Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time IT Infrastructure Administrator will manage end-user Help Desk support, develop and execute the enterprise-wide IT Infrastructure vision, and enhance system performance while collaborating with a small IT team.
Key responsibilities
- Support internal and external users with a focus on customer service
- Manage budgets, vendor agreements, and third-party partnerships
- Maintain and improve system/network operational performance and information security
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Experience in budgeting and vendor negotiations
- Proficiency in configuring and administering Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Exchange and Teams
- Knowledge of identity management with Active Directory and Azure
- Familiarity with cloud services and cloud migration, ideally AWS
