IT Infrastructure Director

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Director of IT Infrastructure, the full-time remote position will architect, scale, and manage cloud and enterprise environments with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure, balancing strategic oversight with active involvement in cloud configuration and systems engineering.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term infrastructure strategy while ensuring day-to-day operations and reliability of enterprise systems
• Provide strategic direction for the design, development, operation, and support of IT systems across multiple divisions
• Engage in infrastructure initiatives, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive execution of critical projects as needed

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5-7+ years of IT experience, including 3-5+ years in a technology leadership role
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
• Hands-on technology leadership experience with a focus on infrastructure operations
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and cloud adoption best practices
