IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

Leading the implementation, operation, and support of enterprise technology services, the remote contract IT Infrastructure Manager will oversee technology systems, provide 2nd tier support, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring efficient processes and system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the implementation and support of infrastructure services, including server, network, and telephony devices
• Analyze technology system performance and implement corrective actions to address deficiencies
• Direct staff activities during the testing, monitoring, and installation of new systems and manage departmental relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Six years of experience supporting enterprise-class technology systems and Microsoft operating systems
• Three years of supervisory experience
• Experience with implementation and support of ERP, CRM, and HRIS technology systems
• Hands-on experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) in a Windows Server environment
