IT Infrastructure PMO Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Infrastructure Project Management Team, the full-time IT Infrastructure PMO Manager will develop project managers and oversee the execution of complex infrastructure initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability and proactive problem-solving in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sets clear expectations for project delivery and team performance while leading the Infrastructure Project Management Team
• Directly manages complex infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement
• Builds strong partnerships with engineering teams and business leaders to drive successful project delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure or enterprise technology projects
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
• Experience with project and portfolio management (PPM) platforms, such as Planview
• Demonstrated ability to manage project management professionals while maintaining direct project delivery responsibility
