Job Summary
To support Network Infrastructure projects, the full-time IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and project documentation while working remotely in the St. Louis area.
Key responsibilities
- Assist project managers in maintaining and monitoring project schedules and budgets
- Create purchase requisitions and orders, track shipments, and reconcile invoices
- Organize stakeholder meetings and document important actions and decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or support
- Proficiency with MS Project and familiarity with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure or data center projects
- Must be located within the St. Louis service area
